At knifetechnz we have created a small range of knives with the same blade, complemented by a small range of handles for personal preference, allowing for consistency. We also have two 17cm filleting knives for those smaller species, a personal favourite.
The SuperFlex Filleting knife is our European import with plastic handle suitable for those larger hands, easy to clean and easily our lightest. This slim line racing blade provides a razor sharpness great for filleting Gurnard, Cod etc, limited yellow handles available.
