At knifetechnz we have created a small range of knives with the same blade, complemented by a small range of handles for personal preference, allowing for consistency. We also have two 17cm filleting knives for those smaller species, a personal favourite. 

The Classic Rib Filleting knife although with a plastic handle has a soft feel about it, and ribbed for your pleasure, had to say that. The handle makes cleaning easy and the whole knife light weight. Great for filleting or skinning small or large fish species.
