At knifetechnz we have created a small range of knives with the same blade, complemented by a small range of handles for personal preference, allowing for consistency. We also have two 17cm filleting knives for those smaller species.
The DS21 Filleting knife is another one of our most popular knives. The double soft grip handle is no doubt the most comfortable. Great for filleting or skinning small or large fish species, and also comes in a 17cm blade, a great compliment to this knife.
