You want a knife that will perform when you need it. Sharp, reliable and designed for you. Filleting can be tricky and practice makes perfect but a blunt knife is unforgiving as you may know.
At knifetechnz we have created a small range of knives with the same blade, complemented by a small range of handles for personal preference, allowing for consistency. We also have two 17cm filleting knives for those smaller species, a personal favourite.
The Limited filleting knife is just that with limited stock. A great knife for those larger hands complimented with a firm blade. The plastic handle is durable, easy to clean and good for filleting or skinning small or large fish species with a firm blade.
