This knife has been designed for Mussel openers by Mussel openers.
The shorter blade has been designed to minimise wrist movement, reducing the risk of over use. This also lifts productivity by increasing speed at the same time reducing meat cuts. Striking/opening of the shell is also cleaner with the bevelled bull nose edge. The flexibility of the blade allows it to follow the contour of the shell and targets the adductor muscle more affectively.
The light weight handle provides comfort and ease of use.
This little knife has a huge job range from of course opening mussels, but great in the kitchen for peeling, in the office opening boxes, envelopes, cutting cellotape etc to trimming line when fishing, a handy utility knife for all environments.
