The SoftGrip Filleting knife is another one of our most popular knives. No sure if the red makes it go faster but definitely comfortable to use. Great for filleting or skinning small fish species but don't be fulled by length, as the shorter blade provides good control for the larger fish species also and comes in a 21cm blade, a great compliment to this knife.
